The coastal city-state of Lumen is a self-ruled enclave surrounded by the Kingdom of Evenhold. An important religious center, the city and a belt of surrounding land is protected by a local patron deity named Lumen and governed by a council of religious and civil leaders. The city was the site in 487 BA of the revelation of the New Pantheon and the arrival to Eamon of the sun-god Alaxar.
