Little Eldur (🔊) is a small golden star and the distant companion of Great Eldur, the primary sun of the world of Eamon. It's the second-brightest object in Eamon's skies, clearly visible during the day and shedding a light at night that's somewhat stronger than a full moon on Earth, but golden rather than silver.

Due to Eamon's orbit, Little Eldur appears to move slowly throughout the year relative to Great Eldur, spending part of the year in the sky close to its companion and part of the year far from it. When the two are together in the daytime sky, nights on Eamon are darker. When they're far apart, Little Eldur's soft illumination makes nights brighter and washes out the surrounding constellations.

Astronomers believe that at least one world orbits Little Eldur, but the great distance makes it difficult to study and very little is known about it.

Little Eldur's astronomical symbol (✳) is an eight-pointed star. Due to its inclination it spends roughly half of its centuries-long orbit in the belt of the zodiac and half outside it.
