Though descended from the savage peoples of the nearby Barbarian Lands, the citizens of Larboria embrace a code of warrior honor and nobility that sets them apart from their unruly cousins. Larborians have a reputation for being honest and practical, and most are deeply suspicious — even fearful — of those who practice magic.
Their kingdom claims much of the vast, grassy plain between the Black Mountains and the Sister Mountains. It maintains peaceful relations with both Sicilia to the south and Perrenor to the east, but has long refused diplomatic relations with the Argothian kings of neighboring Osirian, whom they accuse of directing raids against their eastern lands.
Larboria's queen and commander is Mey'a, a fiercely protective ruler who bears a long facial scar from an Osirian war-dog.
