Occurring on days when Eamon's moons Geona and Niria are both new, the Feast of the Hidden Moons is traditionally a time of reflection when Addarans leave flowers or other small offerings at the tombs of their ancestors. If all three of Eamon's satellites (including tiny Silla) are new at the same time, the day is known as the Grand Feast of the Hidden Moons and is marked by larger and more solemn memorials.

The corresponding holiday when the moons are full is the Feast of Carroll, a time of lively and joyous celebration.
