A day is the time is takes for a full rotation of a world relative to its sun. On Eamon a day is normally considered to begin at midnight and is divided into six watches, each one four hours long.
The length of a day on Eamon is identical to the length of a day on many other inhabited worlds including Earth, Arda, Athas, Diurla, Eberron, Exandria, Gielinor, Golarion, Krynn, Magnamund, Oerth, Toril, and others. This consistency remains unexplained.
Days are shorter on Midkemia (20 hours) and Vaelion (22.8 hours).
