Christianity is a terrestrial human religion that was brought to Eamon by travelers from Earth. The religion is characterized by a radical monotheism that rejects the divinity of all other gods and encourages worship only of the One, a tripartite creator deity. Adherents follow strict moral laws, believe that divine favor comes only from faith, and that one can achieve immortality after death through dedication to the One.

In the Kingdom of Evenhold the state religion is the worship of Alaxar, so while adherence to Christianity or other minority faiths is permitted it's not encouraged, particularly for public figures. A notable recent exception was Queen Riveneta who, while officially an adherent of Alaxar, was in practice a devout Christian who maintained a private chapel in her state residence and worked to distribute the religion's holy text (known as the Bible).

Among the citizenry the practice isn't taboo but is still uncommon, and public places of worship are few. A handful of churches, most marked with steeples, may be found in villages in the eastern provinces of the kingdom.
